My Digital Key did not work when I got there so I had to go down to the Lobby and get that fixed. I had to go downstairs to have someone come up and turn down the heat to make it more cooler in the room. I could not reach the Thermostat and I had difficulties reaching the shampoo and other soups in the bathroom area, so I was not able to take a bath. I am usually pretty good at overlooking things, but I am in a wheelchair because I have a physical disability that has its challenges. There was multiple stains on the carpet area. The room I stayed in had a broken arm on the right side of the sofa bed. While I was staying there, most of the hotel Lobby was nice, minus some broken light covers in the hallways on different floors. I recently did a Staycation in July to clear my head.
